
Hotel Policies

Hotel check-in time is 1.00 PM and check-out time is 11.00 AM. To extend your stay or for a late checkout, please get in touch with reception, charges will be applicable.

Please settle all your bills by cash or card a day before leaving.

Restaurant Timings – 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Breakfast Timings – 8.00 am to 10.00 am (As per plan).

Rooms will be serviced daily, only between 9.00 am to 3.00 pm whether the guest is in the house or not.

Pool Timings – 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please use proper Lycra Swimwear.

Guests are requested to lock their rooms and deposit the keys at the reception before going out. Please put the night latch in your room before going to sleep. Please switch off lights, TV, or AC before leaving the room.

Safety lockers are provided by the hotel on a chargeable basis at the reception. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to valuables in the rooms.

Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force with respect to registration, consumption of alcoholic drinks, narcotic drugs, possession of firearms, etc.

Guests are requested to handle all hotel property with care. Any damages caused to hotel property shall have to be made good by you.

Guests are requested to take precautionary measures regarding tattoos to the body, as these leave permanent stains on linen and will be charged to the guest accordingly.

Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10 p.m. at night.

If some of your belongings are left behind and found by the staff, they will be in our custody for 1 month and then disposed of.

The management endeavors to make your stay with us the most comfortable, but we reserve our right to remove any troublemakers with their belongings without notice from our premises in order to safeguard the interests of the property and other guests.

Visitors are not permitted to enter guest rooms; however, guests can meet them at the front office or at the restaurant.

Please note that in case of power failure, the generator will take a few minutes to turn on. We offer a partial power backup.

Consumption of outside food and drinks is strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Hanging clothes on the balcony railings is not permitted. Please make use of the hotel laundry. Housekeeping service will be provided every alternate day (This includes changing bed linen and towels along with cleaning the room).

We have provided a kettle for warming water, not for cooking. Complimentary water bottles will be provided (500 ml per person per day)
